How We Got Here
Arooga's was founded in 2008 with its first location in Harrisburg, Pa and is presently headquartered in the same city. Our headquarters shares its space with a commissary facility, where we manufacture and distribute our proprietary menu items to our restaurant locations. Each of our locations is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and has nearly 100 televisions so that sports fans can catch their favorite teams from any seat in the house.

Arooga's chain of restaurants are all Certified Green Restaurants®. With an average of 28 environmental steps and 93 GreenPoints™ per restaurant, this chain is making significant sustainability strides. Arooga's requires each of its new locations to open as a Certified Green Restaurant®.
Food Sources
Many of our menu items utilize organic ingredients, and ALL of our ingredients are high quality and sourced from producers who share our vision for cleaner eating and cleaner living by practicing methods such as sustainable farming and eco-friendly operations. Most of our proteins are raised Free Range with NO antibiotics ever. Arooga's believes that just because we are a sports bar doesn't mean our ingredients have to suck.
Gluten Free Certified
Arooga's is certified by Beyond Celiac for Gluten-Free food preparation and cooking methods. We offer many options in almost every menu category for guests with gluten sensitivities, or for those who choose Gluten-Free lifestyle.
